Job requirements: 
  1. College degree or above in polymer materials, machinery (electricity), industrial engineering, and electronics.
  2. There are more than 2 years of on-site process development, on-site process improvement, production line technical maintenance work experience, and lean production work experience.
  3. Be good at discovering and solving problems at the production site, so as to improve the level of craftsmanship and product quality.
  4. Have certain professional knowledge and operation skills, and strong hands-on ability.
  5. Have a certain learning ability, innovative ability, good at thinking, and diligent in studying technical issues.
